Zvi Alon
Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer |

Mr. Alon is the founder
of NetManage, Inc. and has served as its Chairman,
President and Chief Executive Officer since the Company's
formation in 1990. From 1986 to 1989, Mr. Alon was
President of Halley Systems, a manufacturer of network
equipment. He previously held management positions
at Sytek, Inc., a networking company and served as
Manager of the Strategic Business Group for Architecture,
Graphics and Data Communications at Intel Corporation.
Mr. Alon holds a Bachelors
of Science degree in electrical engineering from the
Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa,
Israel. |

Omer Regev
Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance |
| Mr. Regev has over 15 years of experience in global financial management, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, research and development support grants as well as investment banking services. Prior to joining NetManage, he held financial management positions across a variety of high-tech companies. Most recently, he served as CFO at Port Authority Technologies, a provider for Information Leak Prevention (ILP) solutions which was recently acquired by Websense. Mr. Regev also worked as CFO at Kagoor Network (acquired by Juniper Networks) and as CFO at XACCT Technologies (acquired by AMDOCS). Prior to this, he was Controller and Finance Director for the Enterprise System Division of LANNET/ Madge Networks NV and worked as a financial analyst in the Office of the Economic Advisor for the Israeli Ministry of Defense.
Mr. Regev served three years in the Israeli Navy. He earned a BA degree in Economics and an MBA in Finance and Accounting in from Tel-Aviv University in Tel-Aviv, Israel.

Ido Hardonag
Senior Vice President, Worldwide Engineering |

Mr. Hardonag returned
to NetManage in November 2002 with more than 12 years
of senior management experience, overseeing worldwide
engineering efforts and R&D for the organization's
current and future product lines. Prior to joining
NetManage, Mr. Hardonag was vice president of R&D
for TeleKnowledge Group, a start-up company in Israel.
He was responsible for core product development, new
product releases and customer-related projects for
their Total e-billing product. Prior to that, Mr.
Hardonag held several management positions within
NetManage from 1992-2000. These included the role
of worldwide vice president of R&D, managing over
100 engineers across three sites. He was instrumental
in the development of the complete range of solutions
NetManage currently offers and led the consolidation
of engineering departments and product lines through
major NetManage acquisitions.
Mr. Hardonag received
a BS degree in Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University
in Tel-Aviv, Israel and a Masters degree in Computer
Science from the University of Southern California
in Los Angeles, CA.

Cheli Aflalo-Karpel
Vice President, Operations for Europe and Israel |
|
Ms. Cheli Aflalo-Karpel rejoined NetManage from Anota, a provider
of e-business-enabling host-to-Web access solutions, where
she was the CEO and had successfully sold the company. Ms.
Aflalo-Karpel had previously served as the Vice President of
Marketing for Internet2Anywhere, an Israeli-based wireless
Internet provider. She was also instrumental in establishing
NetVision,
the NetManage ISP subsidiary and had also served on NetManage's
founding team since 1993.
Ms. Aflalo-Karpel holds a BA degree in Political
Science and Literature and a MA Studies degree in Social
Sciences from Haifa University. She also has a diploma in
Systems Analysis and Management
from Bar-Iian University in Israel. |
